Keith Irwin, the owner of Old World Breads Bakery, has been immersed in the bread, pastry, and culinary profession for over 25 years. He recently had the opportunity to work with previous owner Steve Kogler and transition to the new owner of Old World Breads. Keith had previously been the pastry chef for Nage Restaurant in Rehoboth and had developed the bread and pastry program for Nage, Root Gourmet, and the catering department. Old world Breads is a “natural fit” for Irwin, combining Steve Kogler’s popular favorites with his own. Keith Irwin’s Old World Breads remains committed to old world traditional bread made without preservatives and enhancers.
